I Love Waltah!



Ballboy extraordinaire and slumping punter Ken Walter was resigned by the Patriots in time for the showdown against the Jacksonville Jaguars Sunday in Foxboro.

The 18 yard punts and internet addiction that have plagued Walter during the 2003 season hopefully are a thing of the past.

Brooks Barnard we hardly knew ya. Barnard's debut was one long to be remembered in the Sunday snow festival victory over the Miami Dolphins. Barnard punted 10 times in his NFL debut for a 36.5 average(32.5 net) including the coffin corner job that setup Tedy Bruschi's touchdown interception. Four of Barnard's 10 punts landed inside the 20 yard line.


Walter's noted "holder" skills have taken on new value with the season ending injury to "snow angel" Lonie Paxton.

Coach Belichick has been up experiencing nightmares of vilified former N.Y. Giant Trey Junkin. Junkin, who's bad snap sealed the Giants playoff loss a year ago.
